FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it just to track protein?

Yes. Protein has its own target and progress bar on the home screen and in the widgets. Calories and other macros are there too, if you want them.

How much protein should I eat?

Many active adults aim for about 1.6–2.2 g per kg of body weight. The protein calculator gives a number for your weight and goal.

Does the photo scan estimate protein?

Yes. Each food in a photo estimate shows its protein, so you can see which part of the meal is doing the work.

Is there a protein widget?

Yes. The medium and large widgets show protein, carbs and fat against your targets.
